Timothy Strader Obituary – Danville ILL Missing Death: Missing Found Dead

DANVILLE, Ill. — The Danville community is mourning the sudden and heartbreaking loss of Timothy Strader, 30, whose life ended tragically after he was reported missing and later found dead earlier this week.

According to the Vermilion County Sheriff’s Department, a relative reported Strader missing on Saturday, April 4, after he had not been heard from for approximately 10 to 12 days. Concern for his safety quickly grew as deputies began searching for answers and working to determine his whereabouts.

During the course of the investigation, authorities made a devastating discovery. Human remains were located on a property in the 1700 block of West Williams Street in Danville. The discovery brought the search for Strader to a tragic conclusion.

Jane McFadden later confirmed that the remains were those of Timothy Strader. Officials announced that an autopsy would be conducted to determine the exact cause and circumstances of his death.

Investigators from the Illinois State Police crime scene unit assisted local authorities in processing the scene and gathering evidence as the investigation continues. At this time, officials have not released additional details surrounding the case.
